All grooming services include:

Bath & Brush

·        Gentle massaging bath with special attention to ears, face, and “private” areas

·        Blow drying by hand

·        A short relaxation period in the warm gently circulating air of the cage dryer

·        Thorough brushing, combing, and/or raking of the coat

·        Nail trim, check and trim pads if necessary

• Fashionable bandana

Mini Trim

·        All of the above

·        Trimming of bangs, corners of eyes, and sanitary areas, and removal of excess hair from ear canal

·        Neatening of feet, ears, and any other flyaway areas such as pants, sprigs, etc.

Full Groom

·        All of the above

·        Professional trim of the highest quality as the client specifies and the condition of the dog’s coat dictates

Extras

·        Medicated shampoo (oatmeal based) $8-10

·        Flea Shampoo                                   $8-10

·        Clients are free to bring any shampoo they prefer be used on their dog  

·        Nail Grinding (some dogs may be more comfortable with this method than the traditional method of trimming)            $8-10 depending on time involved

·        Day Care for dogs that must stay for more than 5 hours.  (This allows me to make time to walk them, have a drink, explore, and perhaps romp with my own dog.)

·        Clients are welcome to bring bows or nail polish for their dog; however there will be an additional fee for applying polish, as it can be time consuming.

Note:

At this time I cannot accept dogs over 80 lbs

Your dog’s welfare is always my first priority, but I do have to consider my own as well.  Thus, there may be rare occasions when I must refuse to groom a dog or bypass a certain portion of the grooming procedure.  If this is deemed necessary, the owner will be informed of the situation so that we can discuss alternatives.

Cancellation Policy

I realize that urgent situations can happen.  However my time is as important as yours is , therefore, 24 HOUR NOTICE is required for cancellation of an appointment; allowing me to invite someone who is waiting for an appointment to fill that space. 

If I do not receive sufficient notice of cancellation I must require that you pay for the missed appointment at the price of the service your dog was scheduled to receive.
