| Laurie Brown’s instruction gave me the knowledge and confidence I needed to keep my little labradoodle mat-free and looking good. Thanks to Laurie, instead of struggling whenever the brush comes out, grooming time is now much more productive and pleasant for both of us. She taught me which tools to use and how to use them correctly. She also showed me how to be assertive, yet positive, with my dog to gain her cooperation. Now Roxy literally jumps onto the grooming table when I get out the brush, and I feel like we’re bonding instead of fighting. She’s even patient when I cut her nails, which she NEVER tolerated before. Roxy looks better and is more comfortable now that I’ve learned how to maintain her coat.
